The Luzerne County Fair and Board of Directors were very fortunate to have an exceptional young woman, as our queen, to promote the fair. Now her journey has taken her to represent all of the Pennsylvania Fair Association and the Department of Agriculture to promote Pennsylvania's top industries of agriculture and tourism.
